About Ronald Karchik
Ronald is a third-generation custom builder and the owner of Karchik Homes, based in Lacey Township, New Jersey. A lifelong resident of the community, he grew up along the shores and on the waters of Barnegat Bay, developing a deep appreciation for coastal living and craftsmanship.
He is a graduate of Lacey Township High School and continued his education through vocational training in electrical work while learning the construction industry firsthand alongside his father. More than 33 years ago, Ronald founded Karchik Homes, bringing generations of experience and hands-on knowledge to every project.
Known as a people person, Ronald is approachable, easy to talk to, and an attentive listener. He is passionate about turning his clients’ dreams into reality by understanding their needs and delivering homes built with exceptional quality, care, and attention to detail.
